        Went there to get a cracked Samsung s22 fixed. Was informed over the phone they would be able to take care of me same day.. When I got there I was told I missed the deadline for dropping off my phone by 23 minutes. If you need something fixed the claims center will swear they can fix it, and then change their policy once in the store. I was ultimately forced into ordering a replacement due to needing my phone, instead of a same day repair as was promised.

        I had an appointment online for my Samsung watch reset after I forgot my pass code for unlocking the watch. The appointment was one day later, but I didn't know. So I went to the store on the same day but I was welcome to be served and my watch problem was solved. The service was still free under the Samsung appointment. Good service and good business.
