Ashley Cross is Not just a Realtor to me, but she is a Family Friend who lived next door to my parents for 18 years. Ashley sold my beloved parents house after they passed in 2019/2020, it was an emotional time for me and my siblings losing both parents a month apart from each other. She guided us through preparing the home prior to listing the house which sold in a months time.
