        For Mr Ricky, Helped me get exactly what i need and more, went in for the new iphone and some questions, and got everything i needed quick and easy. Definetly would go to him again for sure. 10/10 would recomend

        Ive always had the best experience from every T-Mobile everywhere Ive lived for about 6 years and even this store from a gentleman named Juan I believe his name is, but whoever was working this date, a shift at around 4, gave me the most uptight, snarky, sarcastic responses with unprofessional tone to all of my unbelievably simple questions. Whatever problems this gentleman has, needs to be kept to himself and learn professionalism from the book. Put him back in training.

        If I could give them 0 stars I would. Unprofessional stuff. Not helpful at all. I have been to this store twice trying to exchange kids watch just to be turned down twice. When asked on how to file warranty claim 0 help and attitude from the stuff. How do you stay in business?
