We were so lucky to have April as our home inspector. She arrived 45 minutes earlier than us, spent an additional FOUR hours detailing absolutely anything and everything. She was happy, fun and super informative. We hit the home inspector jackpot when we were assigned an inspector. Our inspection and its report were needed the DAY after our offer was accepted and all deadlines were met. April even hand delivered a color copy to my home after I asked for it, since it would be easier for me to make our necessary repairs with a piece of paper instead of viewing it on my phone. 10/10 recommend Quality Home inspections. Everyone Ive had contact with has been beyond better than any expectation I had. The scheduling and office staff is professional, polite and so friendly. Answering all questions promptly and making the process so easy. Ive had April come out not once- but twice. Once for initial inspection and a second time for a re-inspection prior to closing. April was exemplary. She is so detailed, efficient, and easy to talk to. She explains things so anyone can understand and she is the epitome of thorough. Her reports are clear- and she takes great photos for reference. If you need an inspector April is THE one to get. I will recommend this company and April to anyone and everyone!

We had an inspection with April and I found her to be exceptionally professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in trying to determine whether a toilet was working. I would definitely choose Quality Home Inspections again.

We had April come out and do mine and my wife's very first ever home inspection and the professionalism and friendliness she showed was outstanding and now today she is coming to do our hopefully forever home inspection when we found out this morning both of us were beyond ecstatic to have her she is very thorough and answered all of our questions thank you april!!
