Best Buy

So went there to buy a new computer for our business. Purchased for $1400. They claimed it was a floor model. Got home tried to start it up. Guess what. Someone had already had this computer before! There was an administrator already on the computer so couldnt do anything with it! Went back next day. They said they do this to prevent theft! Ok so if thats the case then why didnt he carry it to get it wiped clean before we left with the thing? And there were files on it as welll feel like I was kind of gotten over on! Dissatisfied wont go there any more. Will drive & hope for a more honest store next time!

The store staff was really helpful. We were deciding on electronics, phones, and complete equipment with a 9 year old who thinks that everything on social media is real and we can afford to purchase it. They were patient and really understanding with the bouncing, indecisive child.
