Helped a friend with a ride home from here after her procedure a couple years ago, and it was a nice intuitive stress free experience. (They even have a designated patient pickup area.) Would definitely consider going here myself if I ever need something done.

The experiences were okay. Pretty standard on all fronts with other dental professionals in the area. The one star is coming from the handling of their payment processes. I paid everything I was asked to pay up front. Even when I was told I was probably getting money back, I just paid the original amount. I received a statement with a balance. It appears to be an insurance issue to work out. No big deal. 2 weeks later I get a call saying it is going to COLLECTIONS if I don't pay now. I love how I waited 2 months for an anticipated refund but I get a statement and 2 weeks later I'm getting calls with the threat of collections. This is so unreasonable and frankly greedy. We pay all our bills. To be treated like that is just ugly.

Appt at 12, not taken to exam room until 245, actually saw doctor at 315. Receptionist constantly apologized. They were so far behind that I received this link to comment on the visit BEFORE being seen by the doctor. Frustrating at best, took time off from work. Hard to pay doctor bills that cost me money just to go to the appointment.
