Called and left a message during the evening and received a prompt call back the very next morning. In need of a roof, I received a very competitive and fair estimate, which included an inspection. They were able to set up the roof replacement within two weeks and was on site, on time. Crew showed up and didn't stop until the entire job was done. They were very professional, kept the area clean, asked for permission to access certain areas of the yard and was very courteous. Another team member showed up the next day to do a final walkthrough. In the end we are very pleased with the work by R.A. Woodall Roofing!

Called this business about a leak in my roof. Left a detailed voicemail. It's been 2 days and I have not received a response. Unacceptable!

Never could reach them by phone after 3 tries. Then decided not to continue to call because if I have a problem later couldn't reach them for that either.
