        Good Experience. I came in the store to find out what metro had to offer about their latest smart flip phones. The guy with the Dreads and shades . Was very respectful and also very knowledgeable about all devices pricing and availability as well as plan coverage. I been with spectrum for sometime now but if i choose to make the switch im coming to see that guy. His Highly recommend

        The guy with the dreads that was working in the store was extremely rude and acted as his he had no interest in being at work. He acted as if he didn't want to business so I didn't give him my business, I left and went to another location.
