My sister n law had her first appointment and I am her caregiver. The office is very clean and professional. The owner is very nice, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We go back for another appointment after having to get ears cleaned out. If you are in need of hearing aids locate this business. They have 2 locations

Kimberly exhibited excellent listening skills. She answered all my questions and made sure that my hearing aids we adjusted to give me the best service. She reacted quickly to resolve an issue I had with one of the hearing aids. I highly recommend Kimberly and Clarity Hearing.

I am so happy to highly recommend Dr. Kimberly Felder and her company, Clarity Hearing, with offices in Newport News and Chester, VA. I was quite dejected about my hearing problems and past experience with Audiologists and hearing aids. Kimberly turned my earlier, totally unsatisfactory experience with Advanced Technologies completely around and restored my faith in audiologists. Kimberly took the time to fully explain to me everything I needed to know about hearing, hearing loss, and what can be done to combat hearing loss. She also discussed various types of hearing aids available in today's market. I found Kimberly to be totally professional yet friendly. She was extremely understanding of my past experience and present situation. I now have hearing aids that are most comfortable and I can hear everything. I was really amazed when I left her office wearing my hearing aids and I could hear my turn signals, the birds, and so many other sounds I had not heard in years. Another really important factor is that Kimberly makes sure you have follow-up appointments once you have your hearing aids. Thank you, Kimberly, for making my life so much better!
