I am a police officer in Northern Virginia and I hired Mr. Rice to represent my daughter who was charged in a traffic crash. After finding Mr. Rice on the internet, we had an in depth phone consultation and I felt very at ease with his knowledge and expertise as I often testify in traffic court. On the court date, he met with my daughter and made her feel very comfortable as she had never received a traffic citation before and did not know what to expect. To make a long story short...Mr. Rice was able to have the charge dismissed. Mr. Rice is a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an attorney. Best lawyer in America! He saved my life! literally! Really did a very good job of getting me out of a jam! Hopefully, you will take his council or at the very least refer him. Reasonably priced attorney and is very kind. He can be a little stern! However, it's like a grandfather or dad type of stern; someone who cares!
