As I searched for a lawyer I read this Law offices website and I felt very good that I had finally found a "great law firm" for my case it seemed like a perfect fit from what they advertise they handle on their website. So I called on this past Monday no answer so I called back on Tuesday and was transferred to and spoke with the paralegal for Attorney Verser, Shelia I think her name was she took all of my information about my case and the name of all of my family members. She "assured" me she would call me back the next day by 3pm which would have been Wednesday this is the fourth day since speaking with her. I have not heard a word from this office. In my opinion that's very unprofessional, especially when a member of the public calls for representation also disrespectful to the public. You should change your website entirely from saying all of these wonderful things your firm can do if you won't even keep your word on returning prospective clients phone calls. I'm just saying! How do you handle actual clients if you treat prospective clients like this? I never in my dreams thought finding a reputable Lawyer would be like this. Especially seeing so many of them out here what are they doing for the public. I really hated to post this but a simple return promised phone call after drilling me about my case and taking info on every one of my family members. Really?
