The Point at Tech Center

We have been with The Point at Tech Center for 2 1/2 years now and have loved every bit of it! Maintenance is always a phone call away and Alex is quick to fix any issues. Jen and John have always been so much help to us. The dog park is a great plus too! I couldnt recommend these apartments enough!

Alex is amazing and if he leaves Ill be so sad. He always does a great job and offers to help all the time. Best part about living here is his kindness & the pool.

I lived at the Point for a year when I first moved to Newport News. They were really accommodating when I first moved in and worked with me to meet all my needs and special requests. I loved living here, the community was wonderful and the leasing office staff were always available and understanding. Maintenance is quick and often went above and beyond. I really enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone!

Very nice apartments, friendly staff, well maintained property. Maintenance requests are always answered very quickly and a good amount of amenities.
