        I just didnt have a positive experience working with them. I had to take off off for appointments where they wasted my time just showed me pictures, forget/be late about follow up appointments, or dont call or respond to messages with updates. I had to call to find out if I was approved or not. You really have to go directly to the office to get any type of response with them. Too many red flags Janice is nice but she needs some help, assistance, or better prioritization and strategy if she gonna be handling all that alone.

        The work was done very nicely. The general maintenance worker cleaned up behind himself and made sure everything was done. I appreciate his hard work and quick response.
