    Technicians excellent, office staff now difficult to work with. For all the repair calls I've had to make, both office & service teams have been great, sending appointment confirmations & calling when they were on their way. Once I agreed to purchase a new system, however (the salesperson talks VERY fast, I had to repeat questions many times to be able to understand answers), the office has been unresponsive. I had to request info multiple times regarding when & if the new install technicians were still coming (they arrived 45 minutes after the time the office gave me), both over voice & text, & got no response at all when the electrcian needed to come out after the new system installation to fix the wiring, so he just showed up at 7:45am even though I informed the office that I had critical work meetings until 11am that I then had to miss. Technicians have been extremely knowledgeable & professional, & even though the office staff used to be responsive & helpful they are not anymore. Edit: I'm now finding out from the loan company that MVHC uses that they will not recalculate the monthly payments after a big down payment. The MVHC salesperson explicitly told me, more than once, that a down payment would lower my monthly bill for the equipment. Beware of working with their sales team, because once you've agreed to make a significant purchase all bets are off that they've been honest about anything & then they disappear. Extremely disappointed.

    Mountain Valley Home Comfort is a great company that cares about their customers. They have taken care of us and our systems since day 1 about 3.5 years ago. Had a loop pump go bad and trip fuses/breakers, and they diagnosed us quickly. They bypassed 1 pump in 2 pump system so we have heat. Theyre ordering replacement parts and I am sure will have full system operational in no time. Always great working with them. Tim does an excellent job communicating and resolving any issues we encounter.
