I would like to thank Ms. Gail Jones, Mr. Richard Byrd and his staff for the warm welcoming to the office. Omg, Ms. Gail has such a beautiful soul, kind and very sweet woman. She made me feel so comfortable and her encouraging words really had an impact on my decision with braces and a few more things. I met Mr. Byrd at Midlothian Dentistry years ago, he was so polite and beautiful soul also. He speaks the truth and is an awesome human being and orthodontist!! I cant remember the young lady that put my braces on but so was another beautiful soul. Im so excited for my new look!! I look forward to working with his amazing staff and him in the upcoming years!!

We made a move to Midlothian area this past year and started my son with Dr. Byrd and his office. Their website is what pulled us in. But, their hospitality, kindness, compassion, beautiful words, and excellent thorough knowledgeable care is what kept us as clients, refer others, and want to change also transfer general dentistry for our kids to their pediatric office. Unfortunately, when we tried their office didn't accept our dental insurance there. If your insurance allows you the opportunity to use either or both offices I highly suggest making the transfer. You won't be let down.

Simply put.. We love our orthodontist!!! Dr. Byrd and staff are always friendly, professional and informative. We truly feel like family here. My daughter, son and husband are all patients here. Dr. Byrd always walks you through treatment options, answers all questions and makes sure you are aware of your issues and options. All of the staff cares for us in the same way. I will always recommend this practice!

Im very happy that I chose to come here! Ive always wanted braces, but never knew where to go. The staff is amazing & always greet you no matter where you are in the building! They are very kind & welcoming. If you want braces, but not sure where to go- I 10/10 recommend coming here!!
