Every visit weve ever had has been great. The front desk, nurses, doctor, and eye glass staff have all been easy to work with, friendly, and professional. Theyre very patient with our young boys!

Overall experience was good, had a new doctor which I was disappointed to not been told why and she was very unfamiliar with my history chart. I was told my appointment was with Dr Lauren but new dr came in the room as if she has always seen me with no explanation of why I wasnt seeing my original Dr. She didnt explain well and kept asking me about high blood pressure and I kept saying no dont have any or taking medication. Im thinking do you see something I should be concerned about! So, nonetheless could have been a better appointment with a little more detail explaining since we were both new to each other.

Having recently relocated to Virginia and in need of an eye exam, my daughter scheduled an appointment with Visionary Optometry. Not knowing what to expect and being a genuine skeptic I told myself..this will be a waste of time. Imagine my surprise when the entire experience from the moment we walked in, proved utterly fantastic. The staff was friendly, efficient and most professional. And, Dr. Johnson was remarkable. She was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain and advise (in layman's term) me relative to my many questions and concerns. Upon completion of my exam, not only did I immediately make a follow-up appointment for 2025, I left the establishment confident in the care I was afforded . Thus, if new to the state like me, and is looking for a great optometrist, Dr. Johnson is certainly the best. Thanks all
