Alex is a great realtor. One of the best! She learned our style of home and was able to help sort out what options we had. She was also available at a moments notice if we had questions or a house pop up we wanted to see.

I genuinely don't think I could say enough positive things about my experience with Alex! She truly thought of every single detail that made the experience so special and so many of them were things I didn't even think of. I was selling a property and purchasing one concurrently, which was double the stress and having Alex assist me in that process felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. She was always on top of everything, extremely organized and her response time was so quick with every question I had! Additionally, her attention to detail is superb and she builds a true connection with her clients so you feel like she knows exactly what you're looking for and she continues that, even after closing, which is such a refreshing thing because you know you are taken care of at each step, even years after you purchase your home. Seriously cannot recommend working with Alex enough and I will be sending all my family and friends to her because I know they will get the best experience possible! Thank you, Alex!!

Alex was super wonderful to work with! Extremely knowledgeable, easy to chat with, and always honest about expectations. She was available 24/7 and provided thoughtful, honest feedback when reviewing homes both online and in-person. We immediately felt comfortable and confident in her services from the moment we first met with her! Being a first time home buyer was a bit overwhelming, but Alex made the process smooth, easy to understand, and enjoyable. We hope to work with her again in the future and would send everyone we know to her!

Alex was the best! She went above and beyond for us every step of the way. We were living out of town while looking to relocate to the Richmond area on a fairly tight time frame, and she did everything from booking same day showings, to FaceTiming us during walk-throughs when we couldnt be there, to driving by potential homes to preview them for us before determining if they fit what we were looking for, to sending us new links and homes that we might be interested in on a daily basis. She is super personable and truly cares about her clients. We felt like she really took an interest in us and what we wanted in a home, and was able to give us honest opinions and advice when we needed it. As first-time home buyers we had a lot to learn and even more questions; Alex was always so willing to take time to explain everything to us and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. She always made herself available, and was quick to respond to any and all of our questions, thoughts, or concerns throughout the entire process. Even though we moved in our home several months ago, she continues to reach out and check in on us often. We are so thankful we found Alex and would 100% recommend her to anyone out there!

Alex was an amazing realtor! Not only was she super responsive, but she listened to all our wants and worked tirelessly to find us the perfect house. We were not the easiest clients as we were looking for a very specific/niche house and she took us to tour countless homes. She also went above and beyond, bringing childrens activities as we met with builders and offering to hold our baby so we could tour the home with ease. She also doesnt stop after the home is sold and continues to provide support to us to this day by bringing us countless items for our home, hosting fun events for past and current clients, and even offering to bring us toilet paper, cleaner, and other essentials during this crazy pandemic. I could not ask for a better realtor and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
