If all you need an annual physical, they've got you covered. Need any responsive care, go somewhere else. On several occasions now, I or a loved one have needed sick care and requested an appointment within a weeks time, WITH ANY AVAILABILE MEDICAL STAFF, and it cannot be arranged. Worse yet, they just don't respond. I want to clarify though, the medical staff are great.... in the off chance you actually get to meet with them.

Great Doctors and great staff. They are always super responsive and genuinely put the health and well being of their patients first! I would recommend!!

For regular visits its great however need to see a doctor for something unplanned (which is the point of having a relationship with the office) you will wait for long extended periods for someone to answer and when you do get someone the options to come into the office will be extremely limited.

I was a patient of Dr Simpliciano and she was wonderful ( Dr Simpliciano married and moved out of State) but the office is awful. If you need to get in touch with them they simply do not answer the phone. Even their own appointment service gives up and suggests you call back at another time. I have gotten in the car and driven to the office just to get answers to simple questions. I tried for 2 months trying to get an appointment with the nurse practitioner (she was accepting new patients) but it took so long that by the time I walked in to finally get someone to talk to me the NP was no longer taking new patients. They do not have a replacement for Dr Simpliciano , do not have anyone accepting new patients and don't have any reasonable options for patients like me who now have no primary care doctor. I had to cancel medical tests because I can not provide a Dr to send results to! Internal Medicine Associates have flat out failed their patients.
