I had such a great experience working with Jennifer Hartman. She is very knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. She was always so quick to answer any questions and made the entire process so easy. I havent received this kind of excellent service in a very long time and I couldnt recommend her highly enough.

I have been working with Monty Dise and Jennifer Hartman at Asset Protection Group for 5 years. I can count on their professional service and immediate response on all my requests. When I'm training new employees, I always tell them what a pleasure it is to work with Asset Protection Group. They will not disappoint you.

I was referred to APG by the Independent Insurance Agents of VA. They told me about Monty Dice. My wife and I are looking for life insurance quotes for our parents. When I called I was told that their agent Katie Trimble handles their life insurance business line. I spoke with Katie over the phone and had a pleasant and informative phone call. She emailed me her contact and told me what info to send to her. Both my wife and I retrieved the answers from our parents and emailed everything to Katie. I didnt hear back anything for a couple of days (first sign but I didnt make it a big deal); so I decided to call just to make sure she received it and had everything. She confirmed that she did and was just running it by her underwriter. Unfortunately, thats the last time Ive heard anything after many weeks. I called and spoke to the receptionist who told me she was on the other line, so I left a voicemail. I then sent an email to reach out. I definitely gave her the benefit of the doubt as I understand she may be busy. However, its quite obvious at this point that she doesnt want to move forward with us for some unknown reason. I just wish she would have responded; even if she or her underwriter didnt want to move forward. We could respect that at least. I think its highly unprofessional and insolent to not even bother to follow up. In any event, we are moving forward with another agent and theyve been at least responsive and very upfront. I dont recommend APG or Katie at all if youre looking for personal/individual life insurance. Perhaps they just value companies more.
