She quickly picked up on our style, gave us great guidance and advice, shes super organized, knowledgeable, professional, personable, and were very happy with our selections, and so fortunate to have had Chloe as our design consultant.

Our sales consultant, Lisa, has been exceptionally patient and helpful with our many questions, and answers them all very clearly. She's helped us get pretty much exactly what we need, and almost nothing we don't need. We're excited to be moving forward on our future new home.

        Main Street homes dont fix all the request I make over my first year, they have to replace the master bathroom tile, come for few times to check and the respond to my emails was I have to deal with the floor company my self. When you sign the contract they promise you 1 year warranty, you have to please them to do something for you. I DONT RECOMMEND TO BUY HOMES FROM MAIN STREET

      Hello Mr. Leon. We apologize for your bad experience with us. Our homes come with a one-year limited warranty program and a transferrable RWC 5-Year Structural Warranty. Our warranty manual, which is located on our website, explains our coverage in detail. You were past your one-year limited warranty program on your home when you contacted our customer care team for assistance. We reviewed your two concerns, and as a courtesy, our vendor regrouted the tile in your bathroom and addressed your flooring; however, we did communicate that if additional service was requested for your flooring, you would have to work directly with the flooring company since your one-year limited warranty program ended. Our goal is to provide the best possible customer service, and we regret that you feel our team did not provide that to you.
