I had a new patient appointment to see a doctor at this practice scheduled for more than 6 months because they couldnt see me sooner. The doctor has left the practice but they failed to ever tell me or contact me. They ghosted me for my first appointment, never even bothered to reschedule me with someone else. Super great business practice.

I have currently been on hold for 1 hour and 6 minutes to try and get a sick visit appointment. I tried calling the number starting at 8 and it wouldn't go through. This is totally unacceptable to put someone on hold for this amount of time.

Would not recommend this practice at this time. Called in asking if a specific physician was accepting new patients. Worked with two different receptionists to attempt to schedule a sick visit and also an annual physical. With the sick visit, they offered an appointment one month out for the physician I requested. I declined, and then, the office offered to schedule me with a different physician. For the annual physical, they informed me the next available physical appointment for the requested physician would be in Dec (called on 9/17). An hour later, I received a call that the sick visit was scheduled with the wrong doctor, and that they would need to cancel. Please kindly just state that you all are not accepting new patients and improve your scheduling processes.
