        My husband loves Dr. Mamrick, but unfortunately the reception staff did not do their job at his most recent visit to verify and alert him that our new dental insurance is out of network when he came in for his cleaning, which is not only poor communication and customer service,. but ILLEGAL according to the No Surprises Act.
