Greater Than Sparrows Salon and Med Spa

I recently got hand tied extensions for the first time. Sammie installed them, cut and colored them. They were definitely uncomfortable for the first 72 hours, I expected that. I pulled at them a but due to me not being able to sleep, these pictures are before I touched them. I did not get the color that I asked for and I started looking at the install as they were still uncomfortable in certain places. They were unevenly sewn in and I needed more beads, I was very upset with them. They initially looked okay until I looked under the hair. I called about 5 days later left a voicemail and I scheduled a removal for the next day. I asked for a refund of the work, I have no problem paying for the extensions as they have been worn etc. But I was told she could do nothing after it had been 72 hours, I was not informed of this policy and being that I have never had extensions I assumed it was okay at first. I wasn't refunded the service at all. I have had a terrible experience and plan on getting them done somewhere else. I was also charged to have them removed. My Facebook review was also removed by the owner sammie, she seems to remove all negative reviews. Overall terrible experience.

The owner of this place is amazing and a philanthropist has well. Truly amazing to see a woman start a business on her own and use the money for good!

Used their services 1 time when checking out The cashier was hurriedly pushing to charge my payment ..which was paid in full April 2023 I have not been back ..found out today they have been charging my card $20 per month adding up to $200 as of now ..I called the spa immediately to get info on the charges?? Was told that I was on a discount program I knew nothing about ..when I asked to stop all further payments she became Rude and a big run around.. I then asked if I could use the $200 towards a service and the answer Rudely was NO Beware of this Scam !!
