Took my car in because I was having radiator issues, they charged me a really honest rate but before they fixed it they were unable to locate my car for a day and a half (it was in their parking lot) and it was really really hard to get in contact with my mechanic to the point I had to get in contact with their service manager. Overall though they did a really good job but my horn doesnt work after getting it back from them but its ok

My experience with Haleys service managers has been really positive in the past. The ladies and gentlemen inside are very helpful and communicative about the services that are needed and preventative. Today, however, a young lady named Courtney really put a bad taste in my mouth and the people who heard her. My 9-ye old went inside to check to see if there were any seats in the inside waiting area. It was pretty full house today and we we seated in the bay area. Because it was raining and super busy, she went through the cars in the bay and on her way back, a car started and she sped up her walk and slipped and fell. She is a child so she screamed oww and got right up to come back to her seat. When the cars were moving out of that area, Courtney was clearing some of the rain and said to her coworker Did you see the little girl who fell and looked at me and said owww? Its not a playground. Courtney, how rude can you be? The little girl who fell and her mother - we along with everyone else in the bay heard your conversation! Also, no one thought that hurrying to get across the bay was considered a playground experience. The most ridiculous part was that if the little girl looked at you when she fell maybe she thought you were an adult that could have helped her or made sure that the cars that were starting up to move were gonna see a child on the floor or trying to get up. So, I was quite disgusted and would have loved to deal with you and the horrible experience you created at the time, but I hope the management there - who I have also emailed will deal with you appropriately. Customer service goes along way - if youre gonna talk about the customers that are still in the facility have some respect and not ido it while everyone can hear you - 8 cars in the bay, some running and the radio?? You must have wanted to get that message across. We got it.
