Mike was able to get my intercom system to work better after being practically inoperable. Also, he came up with an ingenious idea of connecting an Echo dot so we can have streaming music via wifi without having to invest in a new and very expensive system. Very happy with the service, experience and intelligence!

I have used Moseley Electronics for over 10 years. They are absolutely the best in Richmond at what they do for the homeowner consumer. They are extremely qualified, very professional, friendly, and easy to work with from the order process to any after installation issues or questions. Moseley Electronics installed a home theater system in our house which continues to blow us away. Their attention to detail and making sure they get every piece correct is second to none. Brian took time to explain how the system works and how to change the settings to my liking to ensure I had all the information I needed to fully enjoy the system after they left. Moseley Electronics graciously moved my install date to match the room build as I was met with my own delays. They ordered the electronics early to insure I would be fully up and running when install day arrived. All appointments were kept and all staff that come to the house were very polite and professional. The family and I will enjoy this room for many years to come.
