        Caught a flat tire on the highway and Matthews Towing and Recovery came to assist. John was extremely nice. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained his towing processes. He was great! Amazing company. Amazing worker. Couldnt have asked for better help!

        They're lifesavers, got my Jeep stuck in mud and they were out in 30 minutes to get it free. They were so professional and friendly and the price was very reasonable! 10/10!!

        I had the unfortunate situation of having my vehicle breakdown on a very busy road. I called Matthew's Towing to have my car taken to a automotive repair shop. When the driver arrived he immediately asked how I was doing and showed a true level of compassion about what I was dealing with. The driver, John explained the process and every thing he was doing. He had a very kind and pleasant personnel. And provided encouraging and uplifting conversation while we traveled. He was a very nice young man who has a very caring heart. I truly appreciate everything he did. I do hope you have more employees in your company like him. He made my situation feel a little less awful. Thank you. Donna Leabough
