        My tax preparation was a long process! I was very bothered by the time! It was over priced and not worth it. I did my tax preparation on my own and it said my refund was much more than what was told to me. I was in a situation and needed the advance. They didn't approve it. Wish I had never gone. The gentleman doing my taxes was very sweet! He was a pleasure to work with. Great customer service skills. Jackson Hewitt thou....over priced and overrated....I don't think I'll ever utalize them again!!!
