Rob came highly recommended to by a family member who had recently worked with him. He kindly agreed to come out to take a look at a property I am purchasing and evaluate the level of repairs needed to the plumbing under the bathroom, as well as give an estimate on the replacement of an alcove bathtub. Rob was very responsive to my communication requests and always got back to me within a few hours. When he met me out at the property, he was on-time and very friendly and respectful. He evaluated the situation inside as well as from the crawlspace, and even made me aware of some other things he noticed while he was there. I find him to be very knowledgable and experienced, but also trustworthy and moral which can be hard to find these days. He additionally quoted me a couple hundred dollars less than other contractors/plumbers, which is always a plus! I look forward to updating my review about the quality work I know we will receive when ANP assists us in repairing our new home once we close. Thanks Rob for your help and professionalism! EDIT: Rob completed the work on my home and we couldnt be happier. He was on time and everything was completed in the described timeframe. Ive called on him for a couple of other things recently and hes always prompt and willing to help. We cant recommend him enough!
