Performance Physical Therapy and Sports Training

I selected Performance for convenience but I am so happy I did. Their smaller size allows more direct contact with the doctors than at other establishments, although the aides are great, too. Alex and Jen did a fantastic job of preparing me for a successful total knee replacement and now I'm getting stronger post-surgery. Attitude is important, too. It's a very friendly, positive place that I look forward to visiting.

I had a great experience at Performance from the staff to the exercises. I started physical therapy to strengthen my knees and quickly saw results with the help from Alex who meticulously selected exercises that would help to build my strength. I went in not being able to do certain exercises and Alex challenged me to work hard to be able to do these exercises and now am doing them better than I have ever been able to. I am beyond thankful for Alex and all of the staff at Performance for their dedication and commitment to their patients.

I went in at the suggestion of a friend as I needed to rehab after another knee surgery. When I went in I was using a cane and couldnt extend my knee out straight without pain. Brenda was welcoming and helpful with scheduling and insurance questions. Alex was great with giving me exercises and adjusting as needed based on pain levels. She was very personable and kept up with any changes. All the other staff was extremely helpful and Taylor was usually ahead of the regime to help with multiple clients at the same time. I saw a few other college techs and they were good but Taylor exceeded what they did. Id definitely return if necessary and suggest them to anyone.

What an amazing team! I saw Jamie twice a week for about 4 months after my shoulder surgery, and I came out even stronger than before the surgery. He helped push me through my worst physical and mental barriers. Everyone here was friendly, compassionate, and determined to get me to where I wanted to be. I graduated from PT with the knowledge and exercises to continue my recovery on my own. It has been a little over a year since my surgery, and Im still going strong thanks to Jamie and everyone at Performance!

Each time I have a visit with my PT Jamie I'm remarkably better! Thank you for helping me get back to gaining my mobility and independence!
