Very friendly staff. Key was helpful and explained what my insurance would cover. Good selection of frames. I needed specialty lenses and the glasses were ready when I was told they would be. I had to go out of town and they accommodated me to have someone else pick up my glasses and if there were any issues, they could be taken care of when I returned. Very pleased with Eyemart Express.

This was my first time buying eye glasses from Eyemart Express. Laura was nice, helpful and patient in assisting me with deciding on choosing the style suited for me. Their selection was pretty nice. Of course, the price(s) are based on insurance and any add- on's have an additional cost. Eyemart Express promotions are just the every day cost. The promotion in which you buy glasses with your insurance and get a single vision pair free was misleading since it only applies to the $19.95 frames. I believe you have up to 30 days to get a refund to become comfortable with your frames to ensure your vision is accurate. They can reply and correct me. Also, thank you to the young lady who helped me when I picked up my glasses and made sure my transition lenses worked and adjusting both pair to fit my face. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was pleasant.

The staff - especially Patty - were extremely helpful with my mother who is in a wheelchair and has dementia. We arrived at a very busy time and Patty checked in with us to make sure we were ok while waiting, as I had called ahead and spoke with her about our situation. A second technician helped us make educated choices about lenses and checked us out quickly once we chose frames. Everyone was working hard during the busy time, were friendly and respectful to us, especially my mother. Thank you!

Always a pleasant experience! Everyone is so very helpful and nice . I have gotten several pairs of glasses from Eyemart Express and they have been perfect. No problems at all and their prices are always reasonably priced. I'll definitely be a returning customer.
