Caliber equipment is an ethical and honorable company. I was privileged to work there for over 25 years and have been disappointed to see that terminated employees have used the review process to try to diminish the reputation of this company.

The way they treat their employees is disgusting and Illegal. If you are a customer make sure you get what youre paying for. They have no new machines everything is refurbished and sold as new. The positive reviews are written by family members of the OLD owners.

Small business please read and understand how their services work. When I first ordered a Clarke floor scrubber they sent me one that was used but I paid for the new pricing. They attempted to pass this off to us as new but I took photos of the areas that show that this was probabaly a floor model or refurbished machine and had to speak to the VP to get this resolved and he wasn't the most helpful person. Second issue; New floor scrubber in use for only 2-3 months. The machine kept breaking on us and we called to get service. this machine was worked on multiple times and was down for months because parts weren't available. Manny the VP kept telling me he would get back to me and weeks would pass by. I kept calling and they got me a solution which was to give me parts from one of their existing machines. I was charged for all the service calls for the machine that was under warranty that has been in service for less than 3 months and has been having issues almost from the time we started using it. Yes, I am aware of the charge that we paid for the time that we didn't cancel the order. That wasn't an issue. It is an issue for charges for a machine that was very new that hasn't worked. Dissapointing just wanted to make sure people knew how customer service has recently been handled.
