        When I entered the store with a cart, the lady I supposed to be the manager or some kind was so Rude. I entered with a smile as I say Hello and she was like you can't enter with your shopping cart!! It's the tone that she used that surprised me. She could have said that nicer. She was so rude. The cashier was okay but the other lady did not care a bit about customer service. I've been here before and employees have been supernice. I was really disappointed today. I will not come back here.

        If the worker is too busy on a personal call and cant even acknowledge a customer standing in front of her at the counter to make a purchase, then they do not need my money today, and will never need it in the future.

        We went to get my seven year olds ears pierced. The lady was super. She took her time and she was so nice. She answered all of my questions and she reassured my daughter over and over when my one little was nervous. She used her best customer service skills, offering a lollipop when my little one got the first hole and was nervous for the second. This worked like a charm! The earrings are beautiful and the placement in the love is perfect. I would definitely recommend Mel at the Claires in Mech. to anyone!
