        I called 3 times this morning to get some basic information about the services and what is covered by Medicare. She gave me some basic information and then I was put on hold "so she could get some more information." I quit after 15 minutes. I called back again and was immediately put on hold when I finally reached a person. Doesn't give a great first impression. This lines up with other reviews about the lack of professionalism in the front office.
