        Ive given this company a lot of latitude.  First I had a carpet cleaned and it came back  (eventually) smelling musty So they took it back.and said id have it back in.a week. I called them.fir two months and never got a return call. Finally I reached them. They did bring it back...and it was recleaned and still wet.  I like tondo business with small businesses but I was highmy disappointed.
