Ronica is completely rude and unhelpful. She laughed at me for asking simple questions and was combative for correcting her incorrect information she was giving me. I dont know who she is but her attitude has to go.

I had a great experience with TMS Therapy I feel overall great and the staff there is always so kind and helpful, I recommend TMS for anyone suffering from depression and/or anxiety. I now do not take any medications for my depression/anxiety thanks to the treatment. I wish you all a blessed and happy holidays!

Success TMS at Palm Beach Gardens is a wonderful place to get your depression treated! The staff practice exceptional customer service and are very knowledgeable in their field. I will absolutely recommend Success TMS to anyone who suffers through depression and anxiety and seeks an alternative from taking pills.

I felt no significant difference before snd after treatment. The clinic is more concerned about subjective reviews to publish to get more patients. The intake specialist misrepresented potential treatment for specific issues. The nurse practioner after treatment stated that the problem I had would not be addressed thus the intake specialist main focus was getting business. I feel this treatment can benefit people. It did not help me with my issue

Margo Seymour is by far the best cheerleader and best psych Ive ever had and thats a lot coming from someone who has been to some of the best doctors in the Boston area/ the world. She has a connective energy with her patients. I am very sad to see her leave because I believe she is the perfect fit for me when it comes to medication management. As for the other staff, I find some people over the phone to be very rude. Ive been questioned about my insurance by the billing department and or front desk multiple times when I have in fact talked to my insurance company directly and had Miriam from blue cross blue shield call the office on my behalf to go over my explanation of benefits. To be questioned when I have gone about this issue THROUGH my insurance company by someone at this establishment is super disappointing, frustrating and rude. Anyway, Margo is the best and I am beyond pleased with her care. As for the establishment, do better. 5 stars for her.
