        I just wanted to acknowledge the manager on duty. I noticed some spots that wasnt clean on my car when I went thru the drive thru. And luckily the manager was near me and I asked for his help, he immediately helped me with a great attitude! Great customer service. Ill be sure to mention my friends and family about your company

        On the way back from Baltimore we stopped to clean our tesla at flagship McClean location. The person who drove our car into the washing area hit the front Tyre and broke the rim.we didn't notice then.After reaching home my husband found that the rim is broken. When I called them the lady who spoke to me is not polite.She asked me to go back to the location and file the claim.I live 40 mins away from McClean. The way she responded was very rude. Please don't stop at this location and waste your money!!

        Purchased the ultimate package. The interior of the car and floor mats barely was touched. The floor mats were just thrown back in without clipping in place. Trunk was not even opened .
