        I came to the store today and was told that it was by appointment only. This information is not listed on the site. I drove 2.5 hours just to be turned away. This is poor communication and bad customer service.

        Due to COVID, we now have to make appointments- at first it was very difficult but I was able to get an appointment by calling CS which then reached out to the boutique. I’ve gotten appointments this way 2 times, no issue any time. Being that it is the only boutique in the DC metropolitan area it can be low on inventory if you are not on top of releases of which items you are looking for. Jose has helped me both times that I have been in the boutique and i’m extremely happy with my entire experience. We all know Chanel is one of the top luxury brands, and money IS an object for many people. Jose has great taste and is helpful when you are hoping to stay in a certain price range. I’m very happy with my new sandals and clutch/wallet bag. Super excited to wear my new items on my vacation. If you are looking for a new sales associate at this location or in general Jose at Chanel is amazing!!
