Using Rania as our realtor to sell our house was the best decision we ever made! The attention to detail and her organization were impeccable. Our house had an offer after 6 days on the market. She laid out her marketing plan clearly and followed through with every action item. Her skilled use of social media marketing is definitely different than what Ive seen in other realtors and its highly effective. My husband and I moved to Asia and working with Rania from overseas was seamless- her communication was constant and direct and incredibly helpful. If there is one word to describe Rania, it would be patient! We let her know what we were looking for in a house and she patiently showed us homes for over 6 months before we found the one. Along the way, Rania offered great insight and honesty which we appreciated. From start to finish, we had a great experience and we couldn't be happier!

Our experience with Rania Senusi was nothing short of exceptional!
