Dr. Cory Alfers

Ive been with Dr. Alfers for 4 months now and I rather enjoy his practice. He is concerned over his patients well being in the longevity of their mental and physical health. I appreciate his hard truths where some people may find he is rude, it maybe just a hard pill to swallow It really is just the truth in the matter he wants what is best and we sometimes have to overcome some really tough obstacles! I am appreciate!

He is caring and an amazing psychiatrist. He listened very carefully and provided a clear diagnosis.

Great provider! I've been seeing him for years and he always gives great advice. He also really knows his medications, I trust him over other providers.

Upset with the feeling of belittlement and scorn I received during my visit. That is NOT what I expect from a doctor or therapist. It would have been nice to be provided with insight and skills to help me though my issues rather than pills, ridicule, and inflammatory remarks. But he said he wants to help so Ill give him two stars instead of one... I will be seeking someone with more compassion who is better at communicating in a positive manner.

Dr. Alfers' Program helped me through one of the more mentally challenging times in my life. I must say that I've had a lot of support from family and friends but working with Dr. Alfers helped me get over the last hump. I'm satisfied with the multiple treatment options and the discussions about what is working and what is not working. If you're looking for someone easy to talk to and you ramble like me making all sorts of connections then Dr. Alfers may be able to help you sort through the clutter.
