The employee is rude as hell, especially the guy Basel Zakaria was very cunning like fox attitude, he doesn't have the warmth or caring attitude towards our elders. He needs to be addressed asap by the management. Sorry to leave a review, the only reason i am writing this is its matter of elderly people.

I've had the privilege of working with Paragon Home Care with two of my clients. As a geriatric care manager, I've seen firsthand the way Paragon's staff care for my clients professionally and compassionately. They have all been highly experienced and caring, willing to do whatever that person needs to maintain their independence while also having the support they need to stay safe. Juan and Attilio go above and beyond, often at their own expense, to care for the well being of their staff and clients. Happy staff make the best caregivers and they really do their best to keep the staff motivated and satisfied. I highly recommend them!

Paragon healthcare is one of the best healthcare agency in NOVA. They are very flexible in hours especially if you have some private care they work it out the hours. Juan Tuazon is easy to deal and easy to talk :) I highly recommend this company if you needed help for care.

I cannot thank Jamie and Paragon Home Care enough for the help they provided my parents during their time of need. Both parents (85+ years of age) suddenly needed in home assistance and Jamie came for an initial visit less than 24 hours after my initial call. Within 48 hours of the call a kind, professional, competent caregiver was there to help my mom. 24 hours after that, my father came home from the hospital and needed assistance and we increased the number of hours immediately. As my parents slowly improved they worked with us to reduce the caregiver hours safely. Working with the Paragon group has been straight forward and incredibly easy. The caregivers were kind, arrived on time for every single visit, jumped in to help with sensitive bathing and cleaning needs, and adjusted their tasks as the needs changed. I cannot praise them enough for giving a concerned daughter peace of mind.

(Early Start, Grow Smart - A little pot is soon hot) its been a year since I started working with paragon as caregiver nothing will describe my feeling about how am happy working to paragon all the respect to Ranjit Juan,Ana ,Jamie and to all other employees in the company specially the tow women who stay up all nights to provide all the help and care for caregivers and the families . they told me since day one we all family and we have to take care of our families outside it wasnt just a words they charged me with all positive energy that I need it they are my family when I go out for a client who need it our help I feel am going to see my family and taking care of them . I do love every single family I helped their happiness is my happiness. thank you paragon
