        When we went to the office, they made us wait for half an hour without any explanation. So, when we went to the front office and asked why we were waiting, they took us to a room and closed the door and left after consulting. After waiting in the room for a while, when the doctor still did not come, I went back to the front office and asked why the doctor had not come yet. They said that we should wait in our room and that the doctor would come soon. I insisted that I would not leave until the doctor came. When they saw that I did not leave the place, they called the doctor and the doctor came exactly 1 hour after the appointment time.
