        Rappaport is the worst property management company we have to deal with. We work with about 12 different mgmt companies and they care the least about their tenants. They believe that they are "all that" and then some. Their shopping center "marketing efforts" are laughable and expensive. We have moved some of our businesses to get out of working with them.

        We have contacted Rappaport Property Management multiple times in regards to a Wasp nest outside of our rear door and were promised that it will be done within 48 business hours, however still no one has showed up to take care of this issue and no respond from them. Unless you want to take care of everything indoor and outdoor of your store I would not recommend them to any business owner.
