        My wife and I used this tax service to file for the 2022 tax year. We spent 3 hours with the associate just to file our taxes. We were charged $287 just to be told that our taxes were rejected by the IRS. Rather than them correcting the issue we were told to mail our taxes out ourselves while still having to pay the full $287 fee. Do NOT use this tax service! Save your money and file using one of the free online systems. Complete waste of time and money!!!
