Yep, a friend of mine was told about 2 weeks. 14 weeks later nothing had been done, so he picked it up and took it elsewhere !

Pretty good place to deal with. Restore old automobile instruments to original and I other hard to find detailing. Do not accept American Express

My husband sent a Sun tach to them well over a year ago, they processed a payment over $200, which was expected and happily paid for the repairs. Then we were contacted stating it needed something else that cost over $100 told them whatever it takes to fix it. Time kept going by so we'd call from time to time to check the status and was told they'd lost employees and running behind. He spoke with Gentry a few times but he was told more and more when he'd call that Gentry was already gone. Even today March 17 2023 he just called and was told Gentry had already gone for the day. I wouldn't take or send anything to this business that you wanted to get back. We've been patient and understanding but enough is enough, this is ridiculous and very unprofessional. I tell everyone that I hear talking about this business how our experience has been now keep in mind that we attend car shows all over the US so our story may prevent someone from loosing precious time and a valuable item. I'm starting to think they've done something to or with our tach and just don't want to let us know. I hope this helps the next person reviewing this business for possible repairs. I ordinarily don't post things like this but they need to be held accountable. Think twice before choosing this business.

Had a set of 1953 Willys gauges to repair-speedo, oil, temp, amp, and fuel. Called them in December 2021 and spoke to Gentry. He told me if I got the gauges in right away he could do them in about a month of two. I sent the gauges, they were received December 17, 2021. Called about a month later (Jan 2022), was told they would be done soon. Called another month later (mid Feb 2022) and was told he was trying to hire 2 new people as he lost 2 employees, they would be done soon. Now began calling every week, Gentry would return about 50% of my calls. In mid March 2022, he told me that he hoped to have them done by Friday. That Friday, I received no call back. I called about March 21 and asked for the gauges to be sent back. When I finally received them, it appeared no work was ever done on them. They gave me a refund and paid shipping both ways. But I wasted 3 months while the gauges sat on his bench. Not a happy experience.
