        This man has that mini diler to steal from people. I went to want to get some plates and I gave him the title so he could clean it in May and he returned it to me today in November just as I gave it to him without cleaning it and he stole my money and I returned the title because every week I went to look for him, I called him and nothing until today when he came out hidden in his sugarage car because he knew we were there and he didn't want to receive them because he didn't do anything. This Argentinian is evil and mischievous for 6 months he made me park the car under the pretext of the pandemic.
