        Tried to get 4 tires replaced this morning. Had to call yesterday to move my appt. to 11am. When I arrived the service rep said my appt was at 10am and I missed it. I explained to him the call and move and the error someone made. He disagreed and said I made the appt online. I walked out after seeing he didnt get what happened and blamed me. Bye NTB.
