Seriously the best!! I spent 3 weeks searching for a replica diverter valve for my shower. 2 plumbing supply stores, lowes, Home Depot, and ace hardware. I was recommended this store and went today. He spent about 30 minutes or more searching through catalogs for a replica. Turns out my diverter is using two different brands together. We couldn't find a replica so he gave me some washers to try and said if they don't work he could send my valve out of state for me to get it checked out. The washers ended up working!!! Seriously 3 weeks of pain searching for this and I can finally use my shower lol. Amazing company!

Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! I brought a part I needed to replace and they knew what I needed and had it in stock. They also helped me find a connected part that turned out to be hard to find and that they didnt have. Highly recommended!

I was greeted at the parts counter by a very man. As soon as I pulled the old part out he knew immediately what I needed. He went to the back to get the new part. It was a diverter part for a tub/shower. The company has been out of business for 20 years. Parts unlimited had the part. Saved me a lot of time and my customer alot of money. I'll be back.
