I just came back from this place, the only reason I put one star is because I cant put no star. I made an apt and went there 10 minutes before my appointment, 1- They could not find the appointment because they input the wrong birthday. 2- The girl asked me to call the insurance myself which Ive never been asked to do, anywho I did insurance assured me they were in network. 3- Went back and the girl kept telling me my ID number is wrong the insurance talked to them on the phone telling them it was fine, and I have no idea what kind of number or information she was inputting but I am sure it was wrong because she had a million things going on at once and couldnt actually bother to give me the time of day. 4-She took a picture with her personal phone A PICTURE of my personal information to send to her supervisor to see if it's ok, I just stood there flabbergasted at that, how is that legal I don't even know. Why is their supervisor never working from I saw from all this reviews and specially with such incompetent front desk staff. Anyway almost an hour later I just got frustrated and left. Then when I get home I get a call saying I missed my appointment lol. And after I explained what happened it turns out they have another office upstairs which NONE of them bothered to tell me about or thats where I should go. This was an absolutely horrible experience and a great waste of time. Medically speaking idk I didnt even get to see the doctor.
