When this salon first opened, it was so great and it was clean. Today I went back for the first time in a very long time and I left so disappointed. The gel pedicure came out great, but the reason I left disappointed is because the tools being used on my feet were very clearly not sterilized. It seems like the same nail file is being re-used over and over. The pumice also looked very used. Im honestly so grossed out. And at other nail salons, alcohol is prayed on the nails before putting on the nail polish and they didnt do that during my pedicure. Sterilize your tools and use new nail files for every single customer!!

Came in for a gel manicure and the receptionist told me the wait would be 30-40 minutes. I waited 36 minutes and she walks over to tell me I should have made an appointment and unfortunately I wont be able to be see anytime soon. Very unprofessional! I will never come back again.
