Sonic Drive-In

I got my food after 45mins and it was cold. What I requested was incorrect. I ordered drinks and still took 30mins for 2 drinks. This place is dirty and looks sketchy. Worst sonic ever.

All I wanted was a large milkshake!.. I ordered at the drive up, and when I finally got up, the window the staff member stated they were OUT of "milkshake stuff"!!! .. No one offered an apology for completely wasting my time or a substitute for the inconvenience they caused me...

The only reason I keep coming here is because I love Sonic food and there isn't another location anywhere near here. The service is almost always abysmal. Oftentimes, my mobile order is not ready at the correct time. I have waited up to 45m for food. 50% of the time something is either wrong or missing. Last time I was here there was a bell on the counter. I waited several minutes before ringing it. No one ever came. I rang twice more with several minutes in between. There were several customers waiting for their food. No one came out for over 5 minutes. The two employees who brought food out to the waiting customers never looked at me or acknowledged that I was waiting. Eventually, an employee came in who was either starting his shift or returning from break. He apologized profusely and started getting everything taken care of. I gave him my order information and he went to check on it. He came back and said they were making it now. It was already 15 minutes past my pick up time. The order was 2 drinks and 4 soft pretzels, no reason it shouldn't have been done on time. Almost every time I come here I leave irritated. The place is obviously severely understaffed and most of the staff just seem miserable. Whoever is running this place needs to hire more staff for the sake of the customers and the employees. I really wish there was another location remotely close to me so I could go somewhere else for my cherry limeade fix. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking
